Erik Truffaz is a French Jazz trumpeter. Mostly making music influenced by Jazz, Hip-Hop, R&B & genres of that sort, mostly labeled as Acid JazzI had this album for a long time now but I bought it with an album of Joshua Redman and I got so overwhelmed by Redman's album that I completely forgot to even listen to this one ^^;; About a month ago I noticed this album while re-organizing my music and I fell in love with it immediately. It's exactly the kind of 'Groovy' music I LOVE to hear and have this mantra effect on me.I won't say this is a must have for the groove seeking listener/musician, but it's defiantly a great album to start this music blog coz' it gives the taste I'm looking for, AND not every album have to be a must have.
